Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a donor may request a refund for their donation. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Error: If an error has occurred during the donation process, resulting in an overcharge or duplicate transaction.
b. Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made without the donor's consent or authorization.

To request a refund, the donor must contact our organization's designated point of contact within 7-10 working days of the donation date. The contact details for refund requests will be clearly provided in the donation acknowledgment. A General Diary also needs to be recorded from the sender end for the transparency of the incident.

All refund requests will be carefully reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our organization reserves the right to decline a refund request if it does not meet the specified eligibility criteria.

If a refund is approved, the donation amount will be refunded using the original method of payment within 7-10 working days. However, in certain cases, alternative arrangements, such as issuing a check, may be made.

Please note that donations made with the explicit understanding that they are non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund, except as required by applicable law.

If a refund is issued, it is the donor's responsibility to consult with a tax advisor to determine the appropriate course of action regarding any tax implications resulting from the refunded donation

Our organization will make reasonable efforts to keep the donor informed about the status and resolution of their refund request throughout the process.

This donation refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications to the policy will be updated on our organization's website or communicated directly to donors as appropriate.
